1. General Provisions

1.1. This document constitutes a public offer in accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and defines the terms of sale between Individual Entrepreneur Asya Nikolaevna Zubareva (hereinafter — the Seller) and any user of the website alteregojwl.com (hereinafter — the Buyer).
1.2. By placing an order, making a payment, or confirming a purchase, the Buyer accepts all terms of this Offer.
1.3. The Seller may amend this Offer at any time without prior notice. The updated version takes effect upon publication on the website.
1.4. Acceptance of the Offer is confirmed by the Buyer’s payment or order placement, and constitutes a legally binding sales agreement.

3. Subject of the Agreement

3.1. The Seller undertakes to supply AlterEgo jewelry and accessories (necklaces, bracelets, chokers, pendants, etc.), and the Buyer agrees to accept and pay for them in accordance with this Offer.
3.2. Each item is handmade in limited series. Slight variations from photos on the website are possible and do not constitute a defect.

4. Orders and Payments

4.1. Orders can be placed through the website, social media, or official brand channels.
4.2. Payment methods:

• Bank card via online payment systems;
• Bank transfer to the Seller’s account.
• 4.3. The contract is considered concluded upon payment.
• 4.4. Prices are listed in Russian Rubles and valid at the time of ordering.
• 4.5. Payment system fees (if any) are borne by the Buyer. The Seller is not responsible for payment service failures.
• 4.6. For accidental or duplicate payments, a refund may be requested by email to alterego.jwl@gmail.com.

5. Delivery

5.1. Delivery is available across Russia and other regions, subject to technical feasibility.
5.2. Delivery time depends on the carrier and the Buyer’s location.
5.3. Once handed to the carrier, responsibility for item safety passes to the Buyer.
5.4. The Seller is not liable for delays or damages caused by shipping companies.
5.5. In case of force majeure (e.g. fire, flood, power or system failure, military action), neither party is liable for non-performance.

6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1. Under Government Decree No. 55 of 19.01.1998, handmade jewelry and items of proper quality are non-returnable.
6.2. For manufacturing defects, the Buyer must contact the Seller within 14 days of receipt.
6.3. Upon confirmation of defect, an exchange or refund is issued.
6.4. The Buyer must provide photo/video evidence before returning an item.
6.5. The Seller may conduct an expert review to verify the defect.
6.6. Items showing wear, mechanical damage, or alterations cannot be returned.

7. Liability

The Seller is not responsible for:

• incorrect Buyer information (address, contacts, etc.);
• wrong size or model choice;
• delays or loss caused by postal or delivery services.

8. Personal Data

8.1. By placing an order, the Buyer consents to personal data processing in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data.”
8.2. Data is used solely for order fulfillment, delivery, and updates.
8.3. The Seller does not share data with third parties except as required by law or for delivery/payment purposes.
8.4. Promotional emails or newsletters are sent only with the Buyer’s consent.
8.5. Consent can be withdrawn by emailing alterego.jwl@gmail.com.

9. Final Provisions

9.1. This Offer is publicly available at alteregojwl.com and is valid indefinitely.
9.2. All relations are governed by Russian law. Disputes are resolved through negotiation or, failing that, in court at the Seller’s registered location.
9.3. Use of the website and purchase of goods imply full acceptance of this Offer.
