Payment and Delivery

Payment

All payments are accepted in Dirhams/Dollars.
Payment is made via Ziina secure service. Accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard.
Online payment is available immediately after placing the order in the shopping cart.

Delivery

Carriers: DHL.
Delivery costs are covered by the Buyer.
Delivery is available across UAE and other countries (if technically feasible).
Delivery time depends on the selected carrier and destination.
Once handed to the delivery service, responsibility for order safety passes to the Buyer.
The Seller is not responsible for delays or damages caused by delivery companies.
In case of force majeure (fire, flood, payment system failure, etc.), neither party is liable for delays or non-performance.

Returns

In accordance with Government Resolution No. 55 of 19.01.1998, handmade jewelry and individually produced items of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange.
If a product has a manufacturing defect, the Buyer must contact the Seller within 14 days of receipt.
Upon confirmation of defect, exchange or refund is possible.
The Buyer must provide photo and video evidence of the defect before returning the item.
The Seller may conduct an expert examination to verify the defect.
Items showing wear, mechanical damage, contamination, or alteration are not eligible for return.
